The brushing module is constructed with a robust stainless steel frame, other plastic part made of PVC sheets for excellent corrosion resistance.
The brushing rollers can be configured with nylon, non-woven, or ceramic brushes, depending on the application requirements. For stainless steel panels with perforations or holes, the brushing process is complemented by high-pressure washing to ensure thorough and complete cleaning.
Equipped one PVC water tank for washing water recycling in brushing module.
